Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting Elizabeth
Fry Society of Ottawa took place at the University of Ottawa's Tabaret Hall on
Thursday, September 22.
Thanks to all who attended the meeting. Special thanks
to our keynote speaker, Angela Longo, President and CEO of Legal Aid Ontario
who spoke about Access to Justice in Ontario.
Paper copies of the 2004-2005
Annual Report were distributed at the meeting.

Evening
This information session was open to all interested parties who
were curious about volunteering with EFry or just curious about the agency and
the programs we run. All staff attended and spoke about their programs and the
areas where volunteer contributions are needed.

6th Annual MetLife Alumni Charitable Golf Tournament
- held in Hammond,
Ontario.
Funds raised through this tournament and a silent auction are generously
donated to the Elizabeth Fry Society of Ottawa and the Union Mission for Men.

Karaoke for a Cause 2005: E.Fry Ottawa's Grrls Night Out!
- held at
the Honest Lawyer, 141 George St. in the Market, this fun event raised additional
monies to help youth at risk find their way to personal success and contributing
roles in the community.
