Youth Services between ages 12 to 18

Having problems at school, at home, or with the law? Need help sorting out what you need and want for your life? Want support working through a problem or building new skills?
Our youth counsellor will listen, she will support you in making the right choices and assist you in developing or accessing the resources to make your goals happen.

You can meet at our 211 Bronson Ave. office or someplace else in the community. There is no charge and our services are non-judgmental and confidential. All programs are specifically designed to respect the unique experiences of young women.

 

Here is what E-Fry Ottawa offers youth :

- Individual counselling
- Family counselling
- Outreach to The William Hay Centre and Talitha House
- Shoplifting Prevention: an individualized program which addresses underlying issues and prevention
- Anger Solutions: a 10 week experiential group in which teens learn how to communicate assertively in conflict situations.
- Self Esteem and Assertiveness workshops: 4 week mini-groups
- Sex Trade Awareness and Harm Prevention Counselling for youth and families
- Housing Support Services
- Job Seeking Services
- Healthy Choices
